SAVORY VEAL PATTIES 
4 veal patties, not breaded
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 sprigs celery leaves
1 tsp. salt or 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Brown veal quickly on each side. Drain off all fat. Pour half of liquid in bottom of pan. Place veal on top. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, onions and celery leaves. Pour remaining liquid on top, simmer covered for 25-30 minutes.

If the above recipe is doubled, contents can be put in roaster pan or large baking dish and baked in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
