SAVORY LIVER DIP 
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 1/2 oz. env. dry onion soup mix
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. steak sauce
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 lb. liver sausage, cut into sm. pieces

Combine sour cream and dry onion soup mix and let stand about 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add steak sauce and hot pepper sauce and mix well. Add sour cream mixture and mix. Add liver sausage and mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers or snack type bread. Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
