POTATO SOUP 
6 potatoes cut in bite-size pieces
2 onions
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 can evaporated milk
5 c. water
Bacon; fried into bits
Salt & pepper
1 c. sour cream (add just before serving)

Bring water to a boil; add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cook until tender. Add sour cream and heat through. Serves 8 to 10.
