2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 1 1/2 minutes. Start timing when boiling begins. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, nuts and vanilla. Beat and drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool.
