3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg white
2 1/2 tsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
8 c. pecans

Grease cookie sheet with butter. Mix above mixture together. Add pecans and mix until coated. Bake in 275 degree oven for 50-55 minutes.
