Mix in saucepan:

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Add:

1/4 c. evaporated milk, mixed with 2 tsp. water

Boil, stirring constantly, until a few drops form a soft ball in cold water. Add 2 cups pecans and 1/2 tsp.. vanilla. Stir until mixture hardens, pour out onto wax paper and break apart.
