Bake only 7 or 8 minutes. Wait 1 minute or so before removing from cookie sheet. Use the back of spatula scraping gently to lift cookie.

If you've waited too long to remove, put cookies back into oven for 1 minute to soften. Then, quickly remove cookies placing them on FLAT surface to cool, or curl around wooden spoon handle to form straw shape. The cookies set up rather fast once removed from warm cookie sheet.

You may consider melting some rich dark high quality semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in short 20 second bursts. Stir to see if melted &/or repeat until chocolate is sufficiently melted. BURNING CHOCOLATE SHOULD BE A CRIMINAL OFFENSE. Take heed: getting water moisture in your melted chocolate is equally disastrous.

Brush the melted chocolate onto the bottom-side of one cookie. Let chocolate set up by putting the coated cookie into the fridge for a few minutes.

You may also use the melted chocolate to stick two cookies together. Set the sandwiched cookie into the fridge to help fuse the two cookies.

Store cookies in an air tight container making sure no moisture gets in.

Yummy cookies pretty easy to make & easier to eat. Good Luck, enjoy!
