CINNAMON SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

FILLING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. sugar

Mix in order given. Use 2 loaf pans or double the recipe and p in 9 x 13 pan; do not grease. Place half of batter in pan(s). Sprinkle half of filling on top. Pour in remainder of batter on the filling and sprinkle the remainder of the filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
