STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
1 lg. container whipped topping
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust
3/4 c. shredded coconut

Mix together whipped topping, dry pudding, and strawberries. Stir until well blended and the pudding mix is fully dissolved. Pour into pie crust and garnish with coconut. Chill one hour.
