BUSTER BAR DESSERT | |
1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed 1/2 c. melted butter 1 1/2 c. peanuts 2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk 2/3 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened For the topping, mix powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and butter; bring to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Place in refrigerator to set. Then spread peanuts over crust. Spread ice cream over crust and peanuts. Cover with cooled topping mix and freeze. |
