PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
8 pork chops, sliced thin
Mustard
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water

Remove fat and bone from pork chops. Spread mustard on both sides. Dredge in flour. Fry in skillet until browned on both sides. Salt and pepper as desired.

Mix cream of chicken soup with water and place in casserole dish. Add fried pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Gravy goes well with mashed potatoes.
