GRANDMA WOLTER'S CREAMY
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. Hershey cocoa

Beat all together until creamy. Will frost a whole Angel Food Cake or two 9 inch layer cake, with enough for in between layers.
