CREPES SUZETTE | |
1 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Mix liquid ingredients and beat well. Stir in dry flour mixture until smooth. Batter should be thin. Heat frying pan, grease lightly with oil. Pour just enough batter to cover pan with a very thin layer. (Tilt pan so crepes are even.) Cook on 1 side and then flip and brown other side. Spread with favorite jelly or powdered sugar and roll up. |
