SAUSAGE AND EGG BAKE 
1 lb. sausage, browned (spoon off fat)
8 beaten eggs
12 slices cubed bread
4 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce and pepper

Mix and refrigerate overnight in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, then at 325 degrees for 15 minutes uncovered.
