SWISS TURKEY - HAM BAKE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter, butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. light cream
2 c. cooked turkey
1 c. cubed ham
2/3 c. water chestnuts, drained, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Cook onion in 2 tablespoons butter until tender, but not brown. Blend flour, salt and pepper into onion. Add undrained mushrooms, cream; cook and stir until thickened.

Add turkey, ham, water chestnuts. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle around edge of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until lightly browned.
