SAINT PAULS RICE 
1 lb. sausage
4 1/4 c. water
2 pkgs. Liptons chicken noodle soup
1 green pepper, diced
Slivered almonds
2/3 c. washed regular rice
1 c. diced celery
1 lg. diced onion

Brown sausage in skillet; crumble. In another pan, put rice and water. Add soup. Let boil 7 minutes. Add celery, onion, and green pepper. Pour in casserole. Put almonds on top. Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees.
