GRAND MARNIER SAUCE 
5 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Grand Marnier
1 c. heavy cream
Fresh fruit: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, melon balls, etc.

Mix egg yolks and sugar together in top of double boiler and mix well. Whip over simmering water until it becomes thick and creamy. Chill over ice water (ice cubes and water in a bowl). Mix in the Grand Marnier. Whip the cream until it becomes moderately thick. Blend with the yolk mixture and chill. Serve over fresh fruit mixture of your choice.
