SHREDDED POTATOES AU GRATIN 
6 med. white potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Boil potatoes in skins, peel and shred. Stir in cheese. Fold in sour cream, soup, onions, salt, and pepper. Place in buttered casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
