CORN SALAD 
3 c. whole kernel corn (frozen)
1 medium sweet onion
1 large green pepper
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1 tsp. olive oil

Sauté corn and onion in oil until onion is slightly softened. Mix remaining veggies with warm corn and onion. Dress salad with favorite vinaigrette dressing or bottled Italian dressing. Chill 4 hours before serving.
