2 (1 lb.) Rock Cornish hens
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Remov e giblets and necks from inside hens. Rinse hens with cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Generously sprinkle hens with salt, pepper and paprika. Place string around the legs of each hen and secure. Place hens in baking bags. Poke several holes in top of bags. Place hens in a 9"x13" pan and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
