LUSCIOUS LEMON - ALMOND PIE 
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
1/2 c. chopped, toasted almonds
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix crumbs, almonds and butter well. Press into 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Chill.

FILLING:

1 c. whipping cream
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate thawed (do not dilute)
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 drops yellow food coloring

Whip cream. (May reserve small amount for topping or whip extra. Slowly fold the combined last 3 ingredients into the whipped cream. Chill. Top with additional whipped cream and/or toasted almonds.
