BASIC LOW - CALORIE DIP 
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tbsp. monosodium glutamate

Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix well. Store in glass container. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crisp vegetables.
