FRUIT BOWL 
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1 c. juice)
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
3 firm bananas
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp. Tang powder
1 c. pineapple juice, drained from chunks

Mix pudding, Tang and pineapple juice. Pour over fruit. Chill. May substitute or add other fruits in season, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, etc.
