MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. white seedless grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 to 1 c. salad dressing
1/2 to 1 c. whipped cream

Combine chicken, onion and salt; refrigerate 4 hours or more. Add grapes, celery, oranges, almonds, macaroni and salad dressing. Mix together; refrigerate until ready to serve. Whip cream until stiff; fold into chicken mixture. Yield: 8 to 12 servings.
