RASPBERRY APPLESAUCE JELL-O 
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jell-O (can use sugar-free)
1 c. hot water

1 c. applesauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries

Mix well. Place in 8x8 inch pan or shallow bowl. Place in refrigerator until firm.

1 (1 lb.) carton sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 pkg. sm. marshmallows

Set out at room temperature 6-8 hours or overnight; stir occasionally. Beat smooth. Top Jell-O with mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
