FRUIT - SALAD SANDWICHES 
1/2 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise or cooked salad dressing
1 tbsp. honey
1 banana
1 red apple
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
Lettuce cups
6 slices buttered toast

1. In medium bowl, with rotary beater, beat heavy cream until thick. Add mayonnaise and honey; mix well.

2. Peel banana; cut into chunks. Chop apple coarsely (leaving skin on). Reserve some of chopped apple and nuts for top.

3. Add pineapple, banana and rest of apple and nuts to cream; mix well.

4. Arrange lettuce cup on each slice of toast. Spoon fruit mixture into lettuce cups. Top with reserved apple and nuts. Makes 6 servings.
