SUMMER PASTA 
1 tomato chopped

Sprinkle tomato with basil and let sit.

1 sm. zucchini, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. chopped broccoli, cooked
1 tbsp. capers, cover with sherry (optional)
Thin slices of pepperoni roll - approximately 12-16
1 pkg. Rotini pasta
Olive oil

1. In a frying pan heat enough oil to saute onion and garlic. Add zucchini and stir until tender. Remove from heat.

2. Cook pasta per directions on package. Toss with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. May be eaten warm or cold.
