MARTHA WASHINGTON CANDY 
2 boxes confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1 stick of butter

Cream together until smooth.

1/2 lb. coconut (angel flake)
1/2 lb. candied cherries (optional)
3 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix together and shape into balls.

1/2 lb. of chocolate
1/4 lb. paraffin (1 block)

Melt together. Dip balls in chocolate and mix and cool on wax paper.
