CHEESE 'N CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
10 oz. pkg. Green Giant cauliflower frozen in cheese sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk

Place unopened cauliflower pouch in vigorously boiling water in saucepan. Do not cover. Bring water to a second vigorous boil and heat for 16 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, melt butter; saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, parsley flakes, bouillon and garlic powder until well blended. Add water and milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cauliflower. 3 (1 c.) servings.
