CHEESE-CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. chicken base or bouillon cube
3 1/2 c. milk
4 oz. cheese

Melt butter, add flour and mix well. Remove from heat, add milk slowly, beating constantly. Return to burner; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add bouillon cube and cheese and cauliflower. Don't boil, just h eat. Can also substitute broccoli for the cauliflower. Serves 4.
