SPEEDY SPINACH LASAGNE 
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. cold water
2 eggs
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 c. Parmesan
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, broken in half

Mix first 4 in pan, heat until mixed, only 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Beat eggs. Add next 4. Lightly grease pan, cover with sauce. Layer noodles, cheese, spinach, Mozzarella and sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Repeat, cover with greased aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees fo 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes.
