CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. raw rice

Brown hamburger, onion and celery. Add soup, water, soy sauce and rice. Put in greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. The last 15 minutes, top with chow mein noodles and return to oven.
