GOLDEN APPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 lg. apples
1 c. raisins

Stir flour, sugar, baking soda, allspice, and salt with fork. Blend in eggs, salad oil and vanilla. Dice apples; fold in. Add pecans (chopped) and raisins. Dough is stiff. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
