1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced apples

Mix oil, eggs, sugar and beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to bowl. Stir in apples and nuts. Our into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with morsels and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
