STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, minced
Stems of 20 med.-size mushrooms, minced
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese
Dash of granulated garlic
3/4 pkg. Ritz crackers

In a frying pan, saute minced onion in butter on medium heat until soft. Add minced mushrooms and stir until soft. Next, turn heat to low and add cheese and garlic. Then shut off heat; add crackers and stir until thoroughly mixed. Fill mushroom caps with mix, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

NOTE: You can pre-cook mushroom caps for 5 minutes if you prefer them soft.
