COOKED CABBAGE
1/2 head of cabbage (chopped) 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. water Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in a large skillet add chopped cabbage and toss until cabbage is coated. Add salt and pepper, and water, cover. Cook until cabbage is done about 15 minutes.
