FROSTED BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cream together butter and sugar. Add chocolate syrup. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat in flour, baking powder, and fold in nuts. Bake in greased 10 x 15 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost, if desired, with frosting recipe.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine butter, sugar, and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Spread on brownies.
