FROSTED BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (optional)

Mix sugar and melted butter. Add eggs, combine flour, cocoa and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Mix together add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter

In small sauce pan combine all but vanilla; bring to a boil. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Let cool. Pour over brownies, cut in squares. Serve.
