MERRYFIELD APPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced, peeled apples

Add:

1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Mix first 7 ingredients until well blended. With wooden spoon add remaining ingredients.

Bake in oblong pan at 325°F about 1 hour.

GLAZE:

Confectioners sugar mixed with enough orange juice to make it a spreadable glaze consistency.
