BLUEBERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 pastry shell
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
8 sugar substitutes
1 egg
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a food processor. Combine the cottage cheese, 4 sugar substitutes and egg; blend until smooth. Pour into partially baked pie shell and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; cover the pie shell edge with foil to prevent browning. In a bowl, stir together blueberries, 4 sugar substitutes and cornstarch. Let set for 10 minutes. Pour over the cheese mixture and bake for 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate until serving time.
