TOLL HOUSE DESSERT ROLL 
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1/2 lb. dates, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
30 graham crackers, rolled fine (save 1/2 c. crumbs)

Combine everything and shape into roll. Roll in remaining crumbs. Wrap and place in refrigerator. Slice and top with whipped cream and cherry.
