TOMATO ASPIC SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon, orange or apple flavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Dash of pepper

Dissolve gelatin and salt in HOT water. Add remaining ingredients. Blend. Pour into individual molds or small Pyrex dish. Chill until firm. Serve on crisp salad greens with mayonnaise or cottage cheese. NOTE: 2 tablespoons chopped onion or 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper or 1/4 cup chopped celery can be added. Serves 4 to 6. A pretty salad for the holidays.
