HO HO CAKE | |
1 devil's food cake mix 5 tbsp. flour 1 1/4 c. milk 1 stick butter 1/2 c. solid Crisco 1 c. sugar Make cake mix as directed on box. Bake on a greased and floured cookie sheet approximately 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook flour and milk until thick, stirring constantly. Put in refrigerator to cool. Beat Crisco, butter and sugar until fluffy. Take cooled flour mixture and add to butter mixture and beat for 10-15 minutes until not gritty. Spread over cooled cake 1 box chocolate fudge frosting, 1 stick butter and water from directions on back of frosting mix; beat and spread on top of white stuff. |
