3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. can milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter and milk, bring to a rolling boil. Boil hard 5 minutes, stirring constantly, over medium heat. Remove and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered pan. Cut after it cools.
