CHICKEN IN FRENCH ONION SAUCE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby carrots, thawed & drained
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
4 chicken breast halves, skinned & boned
1 c. prepared chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Paprika to taste

In a 8 1/2" x 11" baking dish combine vegetables and 1/2 cup onions. Arrange chicken on vegetables. In small bowl combine bouillon, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Bake, covered for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Baste with pan juice and top with remaining onions, bake uncovered for 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
