CHICKEN CUTLETS WITH
ONION-MUSHROOM SAUCE
 
1 lb. chicken cutlets, sliced thin
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. dry onion soup
2 c. milk
Paprika

Place chicken cutlets in oblong 3 quart baking dish. Whisk together undiluted mushroom soup and onion soup. Gradually whisk in milk. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until chicken is lightly browned, 40 minutes. Serve with rice, there will be enough gravy to pour over rice.
