MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. hamburg (can substitute ground turkey)
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
1 c. milk
3 to 4 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper
2 or 3 bacon strips (to be placed on top of the loaf after mixing together)

Mix all ingredients. Add more milk if not moist enough. Put in loaf pan. Pour 1/2 cup milk over loaf and top with 2 or 3 bacon strips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 people. Can be cut into sections and frozen.
