MEATLOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
3 slices bread
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1/4 c. ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Mix hamburger, bread, egg, ketchup, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning together. Put mixture in casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce and then 8 ounces of water over the meatloaf. Cover with Saran Wrap and cook on high for 23 minutes.
