AUNT VON'S MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder or 1/4 c. chopped onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add eggs, meat and seasonings. Turn into loaf pan. Poke holes in loaf. Cover with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
