PIE CRUST (3 SINGLE) | |
3 c. flour 1 1/2 c. shortening 4 tbsp. water 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vinegar Cut shortening into flour and salt. Beat together egg, water and vinegar. Slowly mix into flour mix with a fork. Roll out between waxed paper. Crust dough may be frozen or refrigerated for 1 week. Makes 3 single crusts. |
